Up to Eight Free Personalised Sessions are available:
Wednesdays 10:15am or 3:30pm and Thursdays 10:00am or 11:30am
Individual music therapy sessions are for those who would like to receive additional support during this challenging time. This may include Family sessions with parents/carers and little ones to support developmental goals. Sessions run for around 30-60 minutes and are customised to each person's musical preferences and needs. Your goals may include supporting physical and mental wellbeing, reducing isolation, anxiety, or stress, building confidence, expressing emotions and creativity, learning new things, and fostering positive relationships.
