Program Fee Information

Fees to be paid in full at the beginning of term.

We accept payments by cash or cheque, EFTPOS or Credit Card. Credit Card payments may be taken by phone. If you wish to pay online please contact the office for bank details.

Evening class enrolments taken by phone during business hours. Payment must be made prior to first class.

Classes always require minimum enrolments to proceed. Where necessary we cancel classes approximately 5 days before they are due to commence. Please book early as this prevents unnecessary cancellation of classes.

Some classes may be joined after the course has commenced. Please phone the Centre for details.

Concessions

Concessions are available for pension and benefit recipients. Please present your Pension or Health Care Card at enrolment. Victorian Seniors Card is not an eligible card.

Refunds

If we cancel a class due to lack of numbers we will refund your course fees in full. If you withdraw up to five working days prior to course commencement you will be entitled to a refund, less an administrative fee of $20.00. There will be no refunds if you cancel after this time.

A fee reduction of no more than two classes per term will be made where you expect to miss classes for holidays or other obligations.

Flexible Payment Arrangements

Flexible payment arrangements can be made in cases of financial hardship. You are welcome to speak privately with the Centre Manager about this.
